So, whatever post you submit can either be a food review, review of various travel places, travel guide, restaurant review, or any feature article that is related to Pune city. But before pitching your story do scan through our guidelines.
- Word limit 1000-1500
The guest author has to stick to a word limit of 1000-1500 per post. However, guest post with compelling images and videos, stand exception to this rule.
- No Plagiarism | Original content | Build Around Keywords
Any content found duplicate, will be rejected right away. We expect our guest author to submit a non-plagiarised content that is original and designed around the keywords mentioned.
- 4-5 Relevant Anchor Text Links
We accept 4-5 relevant anchor text links which either lead to the author’s bio or root domain of his/her personal blog. Furthermore, you can also add link of a related post of your blog within the guest post. But Happening Pune holds the right to decide the anchor text of the link.
- Valuable to the Readers and Informative
Whatever content you submit – whether a review or travel blog, it should showcase relevance and information for the readers. Guest posts that are vague and hold no significance to Pune city, will not be accepted.
- Authoritative and Resources
If you are stating any data, statistics from a third-party website, then the name of the website should be mentioned. However, the mentions should come from authoritative or popular website that hold weightage.
- Share relevant Images & Videos
Every guest post should have relevant images and videos, if any. Make sure that the images you share are free to use and need no attribution. Despite this, we reserve the right to choose the picture that we find relevant for the post.
- A short bio about writer and headshot
We expect a 50 worded guest author bio which should not contain any promotional text or link of your personal blog. Your social media links are welcomed and alongside we need a clear headshot linked with your bio.
